Hi Frisky!

As for the video, I might be able to help you with that. I assume it's already imported onto your computer? Go to http://www.yousendit.com and upload it, putting your own email address as the sender and recipient. Once it's done uploading, open up your email and get the address it gives you, then post that here... it'll be online for a week, and they take files up to 1 GB.
