Here's the results of the 10 responses, with the correct answers:
1. Female (that's my own handwriting there) - 7 male, 3 female (lol)
2. Female - 4 male, 6 female
3. Male - 10 male
4. Male - 10 female (lol! And this is a pre-med Army guy too)
5. Male - 7 male, 3 female
6. Female - 2 male, 8 female
7. Male - 6 male, 4 female
Some obviously threw people (4 particularly, and 1).
One was apparently really obvious (3).
5 and 6 were a little more confusing (I'm still puzzled over that 6, I find 4 and 6 to be quite similar myself).
The other two aren't much different from random chance (although the sample's too small to say that with any confidence).
Overall it seems that handwriting's not a good indicator of gender ('least by this test, which is biased by having only males participating and perhaps by my choice of samples (maybe bio majors tend to have more 'masculine' handwriting?)).

Hehehe. ^^ Janey, you write your !'s like a girl though. :3 Oh well...Atleast people can read yours. But...Hey.
You try writing with your tail.
I dunno about those...but there -are- people who work with forensics(sp?) That their job depends on discovering a person's handwriting...Like that guy from catwoman. They exist. They can tell you what state or mood they were in when they wrote it, what their gender is, their personality, age, almost everything!
It's scary...
