Why a ban though?

Unfortunately that is the result if the member causes trouble during the tight phase after having the ban removed. We were not required to remove the ban in the first place, but to those who gain the chance to have it removed, we give the same identical warning to which they must agree. It has been posted many times a while back as well. We really do not like to ban anyone, but upon a ban's removal a member is on thin ice for a certain period of time because we wish to see a positive change (otherwise what is the purpose of the ban, which is intended to remove a problem).

The admins think of this phase as an opportunity to return instead of an actual full-blown return to the community. It is an opportunity to show that one can return, but unfortunately for many reasons it doesn't take much to lose it. For one who really wishes to return, however, this shouldn't really be a problem.


The fact that the ban was reinstated doesn't mean that it is necessarily permanent. It can be removed again in the future if we feel that the member is ready. The only condition right now is that neither Goku nor KC may spoof an IP to register or post. Hopefully they don't, and in that case there is a higher chance for another return in the future. The smaller magnitude of what happened from Goku's direction will be taken into account when the time comes if he lets it come. I am sincere about that and am not just saying it, he does have the opportunity to return later on if he takes it.
