Ok.. so, most of you would know that about a month ago, I quit RuinedScape. Correct?

When I got back on once more, I met 2 people I knew to hand out a few things.
Most of which were all of my valuables, some weapons, and some cash to help one friend back on his feet, and another friend save up for a rare item.

Wonderful. I empty my bank, and leave RuneScape once more.
*a week passes*
I'm confronted on AIM by someone that didn't know I left. After he found it out, he asked if he could have my account. Most of you would know (or if you didn't, use common sense) That I am against that, as it breaks RuneScapes rules. (Even though if I broke it, nothing would happen like always)

Over the course of 5 days, I am confronted by at least 6 people asking for my account, or all of my items, which I don't want to do. (I still get on RuneScape when my ladyfriend in real life gets on, which is about once in 2 months, and she likes the way the Zammy looks.)

I am now just getting off of AIM with a -former- friend who is thouroughly upset with me that I wouldn't give him my zamorak armor or dragon medium, or axe, or cape, or mystic gloves (which I don't even have anymore), or any non existant cash within my bank.

He tells me I promised to give him something, I probably said I would, but didn't promise anything.
I'm human, I make mistakes like each and every one of you do/have/will. And I will continue to, because that's human nature. Nobody is perfect, and I can't believe he has the gall to tell me I can't apologize my way out of not giving him some valuable items.
he tells me "If I were on you wouldn't give me anything anyways" And I ask him where the heck he gets off.

I'm sorry, this is getting to me. I lost a friend because they can't get over the fact that I forgot something. If I had anything of worth, I told them I would give it to them, but I DON'T.

That's my main rant... but I've probably developed carpal tunnel...

It's a sad day when good friendships are based solely off items..

If this belongs somewhere else... move it please.

Yeah, the first thing people say whenever someone posts that they are quitting is how they can get items. It angers me....

Ugh... people who post about quitting are suddenly confronted by requests for items by others and in a way it sickens me because I feel sorry for the person who is quitting as it seems all the others care about are the items - they suddenly fail to notice the point in the topic (the person quitting).

And sooner or later you'll come back... someday you will... and when that happens you'd better watch out Kaiz.

Meh, anybody that is willing to break off friendship because you won't give them items/your char isn't worth your time anyway. \

Online items mean so little, it's the people behind the other characters that make the game worthwhile. You have every right to be upset, it's so pathetic to see things like that happening.

Couldn't have said it better myself. And now that you know how some of those people are it sounds like its time to leave them behind and find new people.
