I came home, just the other day. Only to find you and with him you laid.
I didn’t know what to do, after all, I was in love with you.

[chorus] {Sung rock and roll style} why must you?? Constantly?  You always disprove your love for me. Just when I think we could be, you just come and stab me. {hard rock guitar solo} In the back, and in my side, But you never made sure I died! [chorus]


[second part] {Sung lightly} Now it’s over. The funeral done, and there he lies. The dead one!  {heavy rock style} With the knife that you stabbed me. I took his life, with no dignity.  He’s not here, to defend you. What will you say? For what you did do. I just wish, It could have gone differently. But it’s over and it’s just you and me.


[CHORUS HERE]
