A Corrorian Datacard:

Scanning the datacard with a nearby information kiosk, the following appears on the monitor...

"Request: Commander Quillic of the Sector 18 Command Center is requesting information regarding minor energy fluctuations reported by the retrieval stations throughout the empire. We do not believe that these are cause for alarm, however possible tampering with the core systems of the city could result in major problems, especially involving our defenses. We must verify that tampering is not the cause for these fluctuations, and a response is necessary before the end of the week.
