About telling on him in reality: in short, I can't. I could tell him parents but I really don't want to piss him off because I don't know what he could do in reality.

You have every right to tell your parents if someone's hacking your game account. You should have nothing to worry about with him doing something in reality...if he ever tries to do something threatening then it'd probably be worth calling the cops about. This kid is obviously your enemy and you have the ability to stop him by telling your parents who can get hold off his parents.

Well accually, I can just tell him mother because she will listen and bust him bad. Also, I there is another guy at my school who he gave an account to and hacked back. The kid is really pissed, and I talked him into telling on him when I tell him to.
