since im the only [active] member of cactuar island.... i should be the {headmaster/master/chief/lord/president/ect.} of cactuar island.........

They made Cactuar specifically so that people who don't want a leader can join.

Cactuar Island is the option for those who don't care about gardens. Since you seem to, I suggest that you might want to move into one of the other gardens. grnwink.gif
