the old (non-portal) banner always has run off the right side of the screen for me lol.
the one in the portal does seem a little... off.. to me though. (the stars seem a little hurryed and squashed is all)
but i've always mostly totaly liked the banners CSpace has used.
The Banner.... It sucks :P

I'm going to scrap and remake the undocked forum banner (planned it a while back, think I mentioned it once but never got around to it), but the text on the main portal banner is just a placeholder for when I create something more unique. Not just nice font or a nice effect, I plan on doing something actually different.
