I'm not sure that key is tradeable. . . it's pretty easy to get, you kill the jail guard and talk to the guy in the cell and he'll give you one. That's after you pass the axes on the way to the gate, go to the south? (one way or another, it's to your character's left when you're walking in) past some black knights and through a door. It'll be on the left again.

i got the key and killed 12 dragons.... and idk how many babies i killed
