Once you kill the Antorian, they all seem to vanish.

A piece of paper drops on the floor. If you translate it correctly, it reads, "A drop of tear will cure the world, but a slash of the sword will infect it. A warrior's greatest accomplishment, is when he put's down his sword and doesn't have to fight for peace anymore. Use this sword correctly, and you will earn a warrior's great prize."
