First of all, the first one isn't solved yet

Second, it isn't a paradox, there is a way out.
Anyway, here it is:

That simple

figure it out.

The statement that you're lying is true. But in saying you're lying, it makes it false. But since you're lying about saying that you're lying, it's a double negative. So, you're actually telling the truth.
