well i have an idea... how abnout our next c admin is someone whi has been on the recieing end of some of the conflicts around here (not nominating people but giving examples: ferskern.me and i think there are a few others) having people like these in this position will give it a bit of a different perspective.

At this point in time I'm not all that convinced we need another admin, it's detrimental to a board to have too many.
Your idea has merit, but often people who have been picked on quite a lot are going to have a lot of grudges, or a fairly strong bias for or against groups. Community Admins need to be as unbiased as possible, they need to try and be equally fair to everyone. Plus a lot of the people who have been involved in quite a few conflicts have also perpetuated their share, and a pretty strong pre-req for becoming an admin is being able to keep your cool and composure under difficult and sometimes hostile situations.
I'm not necessarily saying that 'Anyone who is on the receiving end of conflicts won't become an Admin', I guess it depends on the individual person. It's just that a lot of people in that kind of situation wouldn't be suitable for the position, if we actually needed any more Admins.
