What the **** is wrong with my computer, it just forgot all of my bookmarks, preferences, cached crap, and pretty much everything (again)!
I seriously need to reformat...

If I might be bold enough: If you go to the top (on I.E anyway) of your browser there should be a Tools. Click it and go to Internet Options and check you things in there. It controlls all that stuff.
