New Skill my idea

This isn't mine, somone else made it, but here goes-
There should be a new skill called Artifact. You can find marks on walls; left-click, it says Identify, and if you can't ID it, you get no xp. But if you manage to ID it, there will be a box that pops up and decodes the inscription. Also there could be temples where you can ID treasures! After you identify inscriptions on walls, you can use a pickaxe to cut it out of the wall and sell the inscription, for a lot of money possibly depending on how many letters it is. For example, "The god Guthix will defeat Zamorak!" would be worth 25k. You can get a string and string the tablet you made, making an amulet that will boost prayer and magic by 25. And after you ID treasures, you can take them with you (assuming you can get through the guarding monsters, from mummies, skeletons, to zombies). Here's some identifiable treasures:
lv1 - rusty beerglass/20gp/10xp
lv9 - mystic gloves of saradomin/750gp/95xp
lv15 - boots of thick ice/950gp/105xp
lv25 - helmet of the soul/5000gp/205xp+15def
lv48 - pirates chest of faith/9000gp/305xp+3rubys,5diamonds
lv65 - chest plate of zamorack/75000gp/589xp+98xp
lv89 - amulet of dreadful regrets/250000gp/1000xp+20str,20att,teleports to all cities on runescape/recharge every 25 teleports at fountain of heros
lv99 - dragon sword of salamandra/1000000gp/str105/att105

hehe, cool.
I always thought that sailing would be cool. imagine, you could sail your own ship out to sea, for a high cost ofcourse, then go and fish saharks for level 50's. iimagine.
Enchanting
This is pretty cool. basically, it works on the same principals of the 5 ammys, but, you can enchant weapons and depending on your skill, what runes you use, and your level, youd get different weapons.
Then for other things id like would be tents for in the wildy, where you could sleep, store items, and be protected from pkers.
oh, another skill
Necromancy
hehe, the name tells all. basically adds a new spellbookwhere you can use different ELEMENTS and pices of a dead creture. say, for a skeleton, level, i dunno, 31, youd need some bones, a skull, and... say, a black death element (would cover levels of creatures 25-35) and presto, you ummon a skeleton that follows you.
Speechcraft
basically you can use this to charm people to get them to like you better. this would work in a lot of quests. this would also work with my other skill....
Mercantile
use this to be able to get higher payouts when selling things. also to lower the costs of things. say you wanted a rune plate, so you go up, go to buy it from the guy, and youve used speechcraft to charm him, and you haggle down the price to 50000. pretty good deal. anyway, so then a new armour comes out, and you can have pladin plate. its enchanted! cool! so you go to sell your plate, but hes only payin you 40000 for it. you charm him again, but fail, and he decides to buy it from you for 25000. now, if you say no, itl stay that way. your rune plate can only be sold for 25000 there. cool hey?
Durability
All items would have durability. theyd wear out after time, then if you kept using them, eventually theyd brek, and youd be in big trouble, cuz eeither you need to repair it with smithing, or buy a new one. i think it would be cool, and good fro exp. then wed have people who repair stuff for people.
oh yeah, you can also repair worn ones too.

Hey,
I had an idea in the past of giving rings powers like amulets, but just not as powerful. If you wear a diamond ring and a diamond ammy, then the effects of both are multiplied by .5-- or if you wore a ruby amulet with a diamond ring, the ring would have only have as much potency as an amulet.
Tell me what you think bout it,

building
lvl1: build a small house(you can lock it with a key that if you die with you keep it as an extra fourth item) you can store some stuff in your own cupboard (if you built one with your metalworking/woodworking skill. you will be able to make furniture with your metalworking/woodworkskill).
lvl12: add onto to small house and make large house(same key idea) maximum of 2 rooms. can invite someone without a house to live with you.
lvl18: add second story to large house(3-5 rooms).
lvl20: add a small kitchen to second story house.
lvl29: add basement to house (can have a training room if high enough metalworking/woodworking lvl).
lvl43: build a castle (can build courtyard with metalworking/woodworking skill). can only be built with 2 people.
lvl57: add a kitchen to castle (with a range).
lvl70: add a kingdom to castle (with shops run by real players).
the higher lvl you are the less likely the building will collapse on you.
metalworking/woodworking
lvl1: build candlestick. (members object).
lvl3: make a candle. (members object).
lvl7: build a cupboard (house required).
lvl9: build a chair (house required)
lvl12: build a table (house required)
lvl15: build a long table (house required)
lvl17: build a bed(house required)
lvl20: build a carriage
lvl29: build a sink (second story house required).
lvl37: build a fireplace
lvl42: build a shop in a already built kingdom (permission from owner required).
lvl50: build a limo carriage
lvl58: build a training room (large house with basement required).
lvl73: build a courtyard (with fountain).
the higher lvl you are the less likely it will turn out wrong!
building a small house will increase fatigue by 43% and costs 400gp. adding another room increases fatigue by 47% and costs 400gp. building a second story increases fatigue by 54% and costs 700gp. adding a small kitchen will increase fatigue by 22% and costs 200gp. adding a basement increases fatigue by 49% and costs 500gp. building a castle increases fatigue by 200% (two people needed)and costs 20k. add a kingdom to castle increases fatigue by 100% and costs 10k.
building a candlestick increases fatigue by 7%. materials needed: hammer, iron bar anvil (members object) . making a candle increases fatigue by 2%. materials needed: fire, wax, string (members object). building a cupboard increases fatigue by 11%. materials needed: knife, 2 sets of logs. building a table increases fatigue by 13%. materials needed: 5 sets of logs, knife. building a long table increases aftigue by 19%. materials needed: 8 sets of logs, knife. building a bed increases fatigue by 19%. knife, 5 sets of logs.building a carriage increases fatigue by 34%. materials needed: two tame horses, 10 nails, 10 planks. building a sink increases fatigue by 22%. materials needed: hammer, 5 iron bars. building a fireplace increases fatigue by 17%. materials needed: 6 iron bars, hammer, tinderbox, logs. building a shop increases fatigue by 32%. materials needed: 20 planks, 40 nails. building a limo carriage increases fatigue by 41%. materials needed: 4 tame horses, 15 nails, 15 planks. building a training room increases fatigue by 65%. materials needed: 5 iron bars, hammer, 5 planks, 10 nails. build a courtyard increases fatigue by 57%. materials needed: 10 iron bars, hammer.

lvl21: tames unicorns
lvl35: tames black unicorns
lvl42: tames blue dragon
lvl56:tames red dragon
lvl63: tames black dragon
lvl72: tames king black dragon
when you are taming be careful! if you are trying to tame a dragon watch out! you might get burned in to a crisp. the higher lvl you get the more less likely the creature will turn on you.
training
lvl1: low jump on horse
lvl11: jump high on horse
lvl25: turn around on saddle
lvl39: stand up on horse
lvl50: ride facing backwards
lvl75: ride backwards on horse
you can fall off the horse and take damage. the higher the lvl the less likely this will happen. go to horse shows to do tricks and make money.
it would be fun to add these to crafting.
lvl1: build mouse cage, materials needed: 5 iron crafting wire, hammer, furnace.
lvl5: make a tablecloth, materials needed: 4 silk, needle, thread (for table)
lvl10: build a long tablecloth, materials needed: 8 silk, needle, thread (for long table)

i know it's very complicated but it would be fun. i might contact the owner of runescape and ask for some of these to be put in. anyone know the e-mail address i should contact?

i have another idea. a player can use speechcraft to charm people and make a group of 2-6 people (one player 1-5 npcs). they then become a party. not a party with games but a group of people party. they then are all under control of the player who charmed them.
