Yeah, some have been asking me about them. To clear up some confusion, I don't plan on stocking them.

I made them so, if a rare circumstance requires it, I can give them to the member(s) who need limited post-affecting abilities for something. I don't see any such needs in the near future, but they're there just in case.

Just thought I'd elaborate a little on them.
