The Mock War is basically a war within SeeD. It's not a civil war, it's just a war so that all SeeDs can experience what it's like to be in a war. It'll be good practice for all seeDs so that if there is ever a real war, we'll be ready. TheSmile.gif

Now, first team will be chosen. I have made a separate thread for team choosing. Click here to go to that thread and choose your team if you wish to participate in this event (you don't have to if you don't want to).

After the teams are chosen (there's a deadline, go to the Team Choosing thread to see what it is), then generals will have to be chosen. There will be a post (not a poll) for each team so that they can choose their General. There is a Team 1 and a Team 2. Once Generals are chosen, each teams can pick a team name. For choosing a general, if you are in Team 1, then you reply to the General coosing topic for Team 1 and vote for someone on your team to be the General of Team 1. The same goes for Team 2. (There will also be deadline for choosing generals.)

When generals are chosen, there will probably be a date by then for the first part of the war. The world and location (in the wild, of course) I guess should be chosen among the SeeDs participating in this event (you can reply to this topic for suggestions). Between the time after generals are chosen and the first day we do part of the war, each team can choose ranks for each team member (like Stategists, Commander, mages, rangers, smiths, etc.). It will also give time for each team to stock up on supplies for the war.

The Mock War will probably last for at least a month. There will of course be a winning team in the mock war. What is very important is to give back things you get when you kill a SeeD on another team. Hopefully there will be no conflicts over this. This is mainly for practice and fun, not a source for conflicts.

To see which team wins at the end, I will keep score for each team. Cspace thought of getting a certain amount of points when you kill certain ranks (the higher the rank, the more points). But I realized that one team may have more higher-ranked people on their team, giving them a disadvantage. So I decided that for scores, each team will get one point for every SeeD they kill on the other team. I hope that no conflicts start up over this, either. Maybe we can have a SeeD not participating in this war (not on a team) to be on Runescape during the war, and every time a SeeD kills another on the other team, they tell this person who records it. Another way we could do it is every time a SeeD kills a seeD on the other team, they record down who they killed and what they got from them. And when a SeeD gets killed, they record down who killed them and what they lost. I'll probably let SeeDs decide on this, too.

To see who's on which team when in war, one team can wear a certain color cape, and the other team can wear a certain color cape that is different from the other team's.

If anyone has anyone has any questions or suggestions, they can reply to this topic, or post a thread about it in this forum (Mock War forum).

Very subtle suggestion here, but still - 2nd in Commands, possibly 3rd in Command.

Remember - not everybody will be able to make it to every battle, so we're going to need some backup generals. Simple suggestion.

Each team can choose the jobs for their team (2nd in Command, 3rd in Command, etc,). The only job that is required is general.

Can there be a locked forum for each team? Once you have chosen a team, you get given the pw. People will monitor the forum to make sure noone from another team looks at it (just in case). You use this forum to discuss strategys, and so on. At the end, the forums become unlocked, so everyone can look at the different tactics used.

I would say no bluetongue.gif , even thought you should get it back, there is no guarantee, only take stuff you can easily afford to lose.

Just a note: Once the war begins, open recruiting from SeeD is going to be possible, so recruiting will be an essential part of the strategy of this event. Be careful though, you don't want a spy to enter your team and cause problems. biglaugh.gif
