Going to try another approach to this than the "everyone on at X:XX" thing that always has conflicting time zones and everything. 

This time, I'll just say "tonight". 

If you're on MSN/AIM and your friends are on, instead of starting a chat in the messenger, try to invite them to #seedchat, and possibly if you're in the mood for trivia #cspacechat.  Remember that both applets connect to the same server, but use the advanced chat unless it doesn't work for you (has more features).

Hopefully this could bring more SeeDs into contact than if everyone merely talks to those on their buddy lists.

By the way, when I stop doing this, remember that anyone can post about times that they would like SeeD to come to the chat. Just like any event, which I would partially consider these, any SeeD can schedule anything they would like as long as it goes along with our basic rules. Events and contests can be freely scheduled in games, our forums (to a certain extent), our chat, and pretty much anything else along those lines. They can be as specific or broad as you'd like; something along these open lines or something with a specific time and purpose. It's up to you, I'm just trying to get people in the mood.
