This is a pretty sketchy idea... but I'll give it a go.

I was thinking that we could have a sort of "pot" for hacker victims, where we have a monthly event where everyone donates a certain amount of gp, unless they are running extremely low. I was thinking we could do something like a mandatory 3k per person, and then we could make it that much or higher. Along with that event, we could do little events, and possibly even a kind of fundraiser.

Please help with this idea, I think it could work!

Isn't the idea basicly the same as mine the pot thing i mean then
