Go to Imageshack, press browse and find the picture you want to upload, then click "host it!" It will give you several choices of code/URL.

alright. use the select tool. select what you want to keep and go to edit>copy (or Ctrl+c) then open up a new document and paste it in.

Uh... I believe you can also select the little boxes in the four corners to make it smaller or bigger. But that might just stretch it and stuff...
