I've been receiving a few complaints from members new to IRC regarding people being logged into the chats but not responding to messages or saying anything. I'm just letting everyone know that that's common on many channels, and some people just leave themselves logged in even when AFK.

I'm just posting this in case some feel that they're being ignored, which is probably not the case. It's fairly common on IRC and shouldn't be taken too seriously.
