As a UFF member i have had friends join the clan, but i have found that some of UFF clan members dont agree with the transition of UFF joinin Seed, or there tired of clan stuff and just cant take the stress of clans. i personnaly know at least 3 people who either didnt like the transition or are tired of clans. i rather keep them anonymous but be informed i am trying to keep them in the clan. is there anyone else that has heard of this or experienced this please post , i would like all your thoughts.

Hi ...
Tell those who feel that a clan holds them back ..
or puts a heavy load on them .. the following :
Even Runescape ( Multi-Challenge game that it is ) will finally be conquered.
A clan can add enjoyment .. and Challenge .. over and above what the
game alone offers.
And SeeD offers a group of team-mates for
ANY Popular game going.
So ... Why start over every time you switch games ?

From a SeeD member that has been seeing all of this...
I see a majority of UFF members leaving, and from what I understand, it's "UFF not feeling the same, anymore."
What looked like loyal members are now turning their back on the clan. Which shows the UFF where its' loyalties lie. Those that leave the UFF should at least wait a while and let the dust settle from a move such as this. THEN make a decision once UFF has fully established itself within SeeD.
Those that stay with the UFF from here to then are the loyal ones.
Those that leave and are not willing to help the UFF are not.
Every UFF member should take a step to improve the transition. I urge every one of them to do so. Be heard. Tell SeeD what we can do to improve this situation for you, and I assure you, all steps will be taken to do so. We can't fix the problem if we don't know what it is.
To UFF members considering leaving: Before you leave, try to take a step in the positive direction and stay with your clan. Help it out when it needs you. That is what will keep it together.
By leaving the UFF division, they are only statistics themselves. "Everyone else is leaving, so I am, too."
That shouldn't be the case. For every person that stays with the UFF, another person will be influenced to stay. If you say your clan is dying, then proceed to leave, you're right. By leaving, you confirm the clan is dying.
To keep UFF alive, you need to stay with it. I, for one, don't want to see this switch tear a clan apart. It's still The UFF, and it always will be. The only difference now, is that it's being hosted by CurvedSpace.

Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

The idea "UFF isn't what it used to be". It's always whats its been. The only difference is, we are SeeDs fighting for the UFF Movement. I personally like that idea, and consider myself a "Seed Freedom Fighter". I'm proud of my clan(SeeD)and the movement (UFF) that influence my in-game values.

don't force them to stay..its their choice to stasy or not as a number of SeeD members have including me breaking off and doing our own things..if you force them to stay..they will rebel more and begin a mini war within it..so let them go on thier own choice and its not because they are loyal or not..

Nobody is forcing anyone else to stay.
It's not like people lose anything if they decide to hang around here for a little while and see if they like it. Doesn't mean they can't then decide to part ways at some later stage, but it seems a little stubborn not to even give the clan a chance. Surely you owe at least that to your UFF clanmates.
