Hey y'all this is just bringing back the idea of the Defenders of Aderon getting a Guild Hall for the faction.

Me and Goto were chatting last night and Goto thought it would be a good idea for us to actually go ahead and raise funds for the Guild Hall. Now all this'd need is just the co-operation of everyone in the Guild to decide which Hall we'd each prefer and to establish what to choose and what not to choose.

Before this, this'd require everyone to chip in however much gold they'd feel like parting with to go towards the funds for the Guild Hall. It doesn't matter how much money you contribute and it's totally up to you - it could be a tiny little sum of money or it could be a massive chunk. Currently the price of the Guild Hall (from seeing them with Goto for the first time) is 25 Platinum so that could be our goal.

Also it'd be good for peeps to post which Guild Hall they like and dislike and which ones they wouldn't mind having. You can view the different Guild Halls by visiting the guy on the ship at Lion's Arch. However if you're new and are unable to visit Lion's Arch, I will try and upload screenshots showing the different looks of the Guild Halls.

There have been other topics for this however we thought it'd be good to start a new one. Happy gaming to y'all and hopefully we can raise the target sum for a shiny new Guild Hall!

I'd just like to point out that the price of halls does fluctuate, it was at 25 platinum the time we both went to look. I'll try to check a few more times, to see if that was a reasonable price or not. I don't mind chipping in quite a bit of money towards it, but if some of you people that don't play much anymore want to help out, it'd really help a lot.

erm... when my guid bought its hall the prices for sigils were between 50-60k

I'm very poor on both of my accounts, but I will donate all I have to go toward it. As a side note, today I received full ownership of the account I had been sharing .

We don't want anyone bankrupting themselves to get it, the point is that if we have a fair few people willing, they each only have to donate whatever they don't need.
