Everyone can get there now, just warp to the green icon on an island south of Lion's Arch. I think every post-searing character can get there regardless of level.

That's awesome and a big step forward for DoA. Recruiting should be easier now as well. Now if only Tan would take donations..

Having the Guild Hall is indeed a big step for us and we'll be able to have some GvG fun with basic strategies at hand with the combinations we have at the moment.

Although I won't take donations of course. The one with Goto was rather forced since we both need something off each other so apart from that, no donations.
