I beat that Fable really fast. Then I played Fable:The Lost Chapters. But to me it seemed just as fast. Lionheart(the company that made the game)really need need make a Fable 2 for the 360. And it has to be longer. A lot longer. But games are getting shorter these days and its just company propaganda making money off a game that is really short. But a series called The Elder Scrolls is making a game called The Elder Scrolls:Oblivion that is really long RPG.

Sorry for the rant it needed to be said.

Wasn't really a rant...

Lionhead has made a few awesome games, all relying heavily on the be good/evil options. Black and White, Black and White 2, and Fable are the only one's I know. Fable was too hyped. If they had kept better wraps on it, the gamers wouldn't drool so much and they'd have more time to make it good. So many last minute cuts obliterated any length the game had. They were poorly patched too (Gate outside Heroe's Guild, blank wall painting in Chamber of Fate, scraps of code about dragons, etc.)

Black and White sucked sad.gif Haven't played B&W2 So I can't comment on that. And Fable was a good game, ust not as good as what they said it would be. Wasn't open ended enough and you couldn't roam around that much =/

I liked it. And B&W looks cooler in B&W 2.

Fable was a good game, they don't have to be 50+ hours long to be good. bluetongue.gif Sure, it's easy to beat the game, but the whole theme of Fable is choosing different fates. You can have several different experiences through the game, which would make it longer pretty much. grnwink.gif

They don't need to be 50+ hours, but Fable was excessively short. It wouldn't have mattered if the storyline was short if there was a lot of other things to do, but the game was far too linear, and there weren't enough sidequests to keep you going for very much longer. It was still fun, but it didn't come anywhere near its potential.
