Well if Rockstar Games and Take Two Interactive, didnt get enough from the media and the government for their Hot Coffee scene, an LA city attorney is now suing them for the Hot Coffee scene that was found out last year. Talk about being behind the ball on the news.

The Lawyers are at it Again

I don't think freedom has much to do with it.

Yeah, this is America, you think FREEDOM would do anything?

I understand what he's suing for, but $2500 barely covers court costs. Jerk. He's doing it cause he's all up in it with the fact that kids are exposed to flecks of blood. bluetongue.gif
My wording sucked...

I see why he'd sue if he maybe had a kid who was 12 and bought it. The thing is, the age limit for M rated games is 17+. The age limit for AO games is 18+. What the heck would that tiny difference do? Hmm? Not to mention it's his fault if he bought the game for his kid. The clerk wouldn't let a 12 year old buy San Andreas, unless he was on crack or trying to get fired.

Yes it's totally ridiculous what happened, but hey it was his choice and since he was a lawyer, I guess his answer to this, sue them from here to high heaven.

At the game stores I go to ,12 year old kids yell at there parents If they do not let them buy M rated games. But I have to show my ID when I buy M rated games. People are trying to infringe on my right to play games.I do not like politics but I do believe in the 1st amendment.

Ugh.

I read another article on this subject about 10 minutes ago, that the city of LA is going to sure Rockstar for aiming pornographic material at children. Mental. The basis for this is that 17 year olds are still children, and the game had an M17+ rating in the US... None of that happening here, cos all GTA games are R18.

Ummm it you like CJ and some chick. And porn is by defination a act of 2 two people engaging in sex (proferd a man and a woman or two women). This this is just plain weird and strange I really do not care to see CJ like that.
