table and its better if its a clothed table
deck of cards
spoons
friends or family
:OBJECT OF GAME:
Don't be left without a spoon
OK for me to explain were goin to need examples: This game can be played with countless of people at one time but for the examples we'll say 4 people.
However many people you have you get 1 less spoon *4 people 3 spoons*
Place the spoons in middle of table
Have every1 sit down and have someone start out as dealer and have him/her shuffle the cards very good.
Once shuffled the dealer deals out 4 cards to each person
ok here is the fun part the dealer begins the game by taking the top card of the deck and quickly glancing at it. :lets say he saw a king...and he had a 7 7 8 and 2 in his hand: Obviously he doesn't want it because he doesn't have another king in his hand.
So he passes the card to his right.
Lets say the next person needed the king so he/she would pick it up and drop a card they felt wasn't useful.
*note for dealer* when the last person passes his/her cards to you, you igore them until your deck is all gone (this rarely happens)
*note to every1* this is a fast paced game DON'T take your time!!!
This continues until somone gets 4 of either 1 type of card :kings queens jacks: or 4 of another number :1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,or 10's:
Once that person has 4 of those cards he/she has to secretly grab a spoon.
At this point of the game people either see you grab the spoon or don't see you grab it.
Those who see you will grab the spoon either secretly or not so secretly grab the spoons (mom and sister shriek when they realize somone's grabbed a spoon)
What's funny is watchin people reach all over the table grabbin spoons.
Sometimes a person or persons may not realize the one or a few spoons are gone
in this case those who have the spoon play as if they don't have spoons.
It's hilarious lookin into thier faces as they realize that thier are spoons missing.
The person who doesn't get a spoon then gets the letter "S"
Your spelling the word "SPOON"
Once you get "SPOON" your out of the game.
2 ways to make the game more interesting
1. Do fake grabs where you slam you hand down next to a spoon havin other people jump at the spoons thinking you grabbed one. *Note* your not allowed to touch the spoon while fake grabbing and if you get somoen else to touch the spoon auto matic "LETTER" and you have to reshuffel and change dealers.
2.This game is orginal meant to be played at bars...you see the loser is suppose to have a shot whenever he/she gets a letter(makin it harder for him/her to play the game on the account he/she is gettin drunk
) *Note* only meant for those who are at the drinking age requirement.After each game the dealer changes to the person on your right

This is a great game to play..this happens to be my family's favorite game.
I thought about writing this after just gettin done playing.

Just want to quickly tell you about what happened on our game tonight it was so funny.
Ok so were playing the game and a few minutes went by and I did a fake grab.
Ok so after i fake grabbed my mom sister and dad grabbed a spoon.
They all saw that i had facked it and laughed cuase i got them right?...but then my sister turns her hand over revealing 4 queens!!! Unfornately i was on the back 2 legs of my chair and when i tried to get up and grab the card i ended up gettin a backwards face plant on the floor.
Bro got the card ofcourse.
Thats the game try it and enjoy it...have any promblems understanding let me know.
P.S. I revised this and got rid of most of the slang
