A Warning To A Few Members: Please Read

While I don't use the forums at school myself, I don't think it's up to us to judge others. If other people go on the forums during their lunch break or during spare periods, that is their choice.
Things have been getting a bit excessive recently. It's hard when it's something like this, since it isn't always necessarily spam, and activity is usually encouraged. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing however, and it's better to find out this way than to irritate people without realising.
Not very happy with some of the people that seem to think that a bit of spam is a reason to go around flaming or making sarcastic comments, I don't want to see any more of that either.

And quite frankly, kids shouldn't be going on SeeD at school. I know a few members pop in to check, but you go to school to LEARN, not use their internet for your own personal entertainment.
"Kids" also get this wonderful thing known as break times where they can do what they like within reason, sorry not everyone likes having knowledge rammed down their necks the entire time and like to do something they enjoy

Well, I'm at school right now. This is my break period. I'm not breaking any rules or doing anything wrong. I am very suprised I can still get on Curvedspace in school, because every other site is blocked for no good reason. We've even had google blocked, but not Curvedspace. I bet Cspace h4x0r3d my school so I can mod after lunch.

There are many circumstances where people can browse the internet at school; perhaps it is different from school to school, and moreso from country to country. Some schools have breaks, some allow the use of computers during lunch, and some circumstances could come up in computer-related classes (such as if a person finishes a project early). There are too many circumstances for a judgement to be made. When and if a person comes here during their time at school is up to them. As for the fact that we aren't banned in many schools, lol, people are welcome to check in if the opportunity happens to arise.

Websense... What a joke. They try to limit us to informational sites only, but Google cache PWNERIZEZ J00!
We don't have a break period, though. I usually just talk with the Tech Ed. teacher during gym. Hehehe... fun. We just think up new stuff to do to screw up the school's comps.

What is this "break time" you all speak of?
My school just plows right on through, and during lunch everyone's getting in as much food as possible before next class.
Anyway, I agree that a notice was needed. Activity is definitely encouraged, but you really need to be mindful of what you're posting. Especially the questions, I'm sure 80% of them are somewhere on the site (at the site itself or in a pinned topic), or you can just use the 'Search' button, which is encouraged a lot in other active forums.
