Because of my absence from SeeD, I don't know exactly why all members can't use the shoutbox. I was wondering if I could have an explanation and then an approximate date of when the shoutbox will be accessible by all members.

People were abusing it so now only mods+ can post in it thumb.gif

Well, will it ever be accessible to members again?
