Currently I run track. I am on a private team, and I don't run for school . My favorite events are the 60 meter and the 200 meter. My best times for those are 8.20 seconds and 27.34 seconds respectively. In the past, I have run Cross Country, played baseball, and also played basketball.

Back in high school I played baseball and I ran cross country and track.
I currently hold the record for home runs in a season for my former school, I hold the mile record at the school which is 4:42, and I hold the 3.1 mile record which is 15:45.
After high school I got drafted to play baseball in the minor leagues AA and within two months I got bumped up to AAA Memphis (St. Louis Cardinals minor league team) where I got injured (second worse day of my entire life) and had to leave the team. Returned to college and graduated, now I'm here
Currently I coach my son's baseball team during season, which is in about 2 weeks, and do various other things on a smaller scale.

I was used as a mop-up player for LF( i have a good arm but i am not accurate) and I was good at reading the pitcher and stealing bases.

Cross Country - Indoor Track - Outdoor Track
*needs you to train me* Hehe, I know I've asked you how you're training now, but how did you train back in HS? Cross country isn't as intense as other sports at my school, like with organization/punishments and everything, but it's still my main sport since it's the only sport our school doesn't destroy in.

I play hockey and tennis.
In hockey, I usually play in one of the defense positions since I know I can block and defend the opposition and I have been ever since I was 8 or 9. Although last year I was put in a low team (I never can trial well) but then was moved to the top team. Ended up playing for both teams, Sweeper in the low team and Right/Left Inner (which was completely new to me since I'd never played attack before) for the U15A team.
Sweeper was a fun position since I got to use my lungs heaps to yell out instructions to the other team members such as "Move to the left!" or "Fill in the gaps to the middle and the right!" or "GET UP THERE AND ATTACK!" - I kinda enjoyed yelling for that team. Apparently I could be heard over the other courts and outside Innes Common.
In tennis, people kinda find me a joke to play which is kinda amusing. During matches I end up whipping out my cellphone and text messaging other people while hitting the ball back. I kinda have the "lax attitude" when I play tennis against others which is kinda probably why I win since people don't take me seriously. But don't get me wrong, I definitely can hit the ball back into the court... which is what frustrates many players since I get the ball back in too often, even when it seems near-impossible.
Edit: Oh yeah I enjoy running and I can keep up the pace well but lots of things obstruct my running. Funny story really.
Last year I was running in the school Cross Country race (all of my year group ran) and I managed to get in the group at the very front of the run. I would have gotten a very nice placing... but then we had to run through the gully (which I hadn't known about since I was away Cross Country day last year!) so I ended up walking through the mud since it was kinda gross (clean freak, ok?!) and I lost a tonne of positions... and crawled in at 23rd position.
