I was talking to Rebel876 on Runescape and he said that he had started a new clan called Ursr (United Runescape Rebels) and he also said that he had already allied with UFF and Dokimos0rg had agreed with it, I am wondering is this true because he said this happened like a month ago and on the Links it doesn't say that they are allied with us.
