Can I place a bounty on someone even if they haven't do something illegal? Not like in SeeD Court but does the clan have any bounty hunters? Thanks.

Unfortunatly, the bounty hunter's job is to go after characters that are up in the SeeDs Most Wanted page only. And only people who've scammed are allowed to be put up there.
There isn't anything to say you can't hire someone unofficially to bounty hunt people, but you can't put the target on SeeDs Most Wanted unless you have proof that they've scammed someone.
Try finding someone who is up to PKing the person for rewards. . .theres bound to be someone.

No, I din't mean like SeeD's Most Wanted, but can I like post in PK discussion with a reward and info? Cause I just wanted to know if it was allowed, lest I post there and have it closed.
