Wow! As a matter o' fact, you did hear right. SeeD does allow just about every level of a player to join! Guess why! SeeD is a 'community' with several 'mini-clans' mixed in.

Sorry, but just because a forum allows anyone to join (And we MUST allow anyone since you're here), doesn't mean they're full of inexperienced players. Look up half of the well established members up on highscores. Most of them have stats worth more than your life.

And there are few of us sprinkled in that are Player Mods. Star Jedi, Firebird, and myself for a few of them. To be a playermod means you have to be pretty experienced in how the game works.

I AM SURPRISED that a Demoniknights moderator was so easily deceived by Combat Newb (Adm10012).

Smmcnabb cannot be blind to what Adm10012 is doing and is expressing like criticism of UFF and all of SeeD. It is evident, therefore, that Smmcnabb approves of the methods of Adm10012 by acting as if ignorant to what he does.

Smmcnabb all but ignores that Adm10012 sought, and likely still seeks, to bring SeeD and Demoniknights into war to break a standing alliance in the Legion of Aderon.

RELATIONSHIP BREAKDOWN BETWEEN CLANS

You can see how SeeD's relationship with Demoniknights is breaking down as Smmcnabb, a Demoniknights moderator, has been fooled by Adm10012, also known as Combat Newb.

Herein is expressed a conflict between open-membership and closed-membership Runescape clans. One of these areas of conflict, which specifically seen here, is the recruitment of members from other clans.

Apparently this forum mod of Demoniknights thinks also that it is cool to recruit members from another clan and to fight the same clan with their own members.

ACTIONS OF ADM10012/COMBAT NEWB

No, I don't hate Adm10012. I hate what he is doing. He is what he does. What he does is to betray, therefore he is a traitor to UFF/SeeD and to Demoniknights.

Unless it is that Adm10012's methods are indeed the policy of Demoniknights. I don't know, are they? This Smmcnabb guy from Demoniknights seems to think so.

Don't be fooled. It is evident that Adm10012 has been actively recruiting from us for Demoniknights and is seeking to sever our friendships.

THE FUTURE OF DEMONIKNIGHTS

What is now being seen with Demoniknights recruiting from other clans in order to gain membership for their own clan will likely be seen happening to them from other clans in a short amount of time.

Other clans will notice what that clan does and Demoniknights will gain a stink of a reputation for it.

Demoniknights honor of this traitor will reap for them a clan full of treachery. Their clan can not endure with such methods. The Demoniknights clanleader should be made aware of these things to help him clean out the corruption within Demoniknights.

This is one of a number of reasons why we UFFs find fault with the restrictive system of clanning. We are the United Freedom Fighters of Runescape! We are indomitable!

SeeD has, for much longer than UFF, been standing for player freedom. Stand fast, therefore, in this freedom and do not be entangled again in the bondage of the slavery of clan requirements and restrictions. It is not to the honor of our characters to join high-level restrictive societies.

SEED IS NOT A MERE TRAINING CLAN FOR OTHERS TO RECRUIT FROM

No, SeeD Clan is NOT some training clan for noobs to later qualify for what some will think is some really high-level elitely cool clan like Demoniknights.

Being exclusive is not what is called cool. I am surprised that some find that kind of attitude from the restrictive clans to recruit from us as tolerable. Well, I don't.

Yes, SeeD does have a policy to allow multi-clanning and I am not against that, but geez-louise, how much will we tolerate other clans coming in here just to bash us and even recruit our own members to do the same!

SeeD is not some clan for other clans to find a fertile field for recruitment. SeeD is a long standing respected clan. Many other clans are not even near half as old as SeeD. With such methods these other clans use, they likely will never reach that.

My character last night just turned combat level 80, which would qualify for joining Demoniknights. Like I would care to?

IN CONCLUSION

For this reason I believe that as Adm10012/Combat Newb has made himself an example hoping others would follow, I believe, for the sake of UFF/SeeD and Demoniknights and other clans, that he should be made an example of and chastized.

It is nothing personal toward Adm10012, as I said, I don't hate the guy. It is what he does that I hate. Even for his own good, he should be corrected. I don't believe in clan lordship but discipline is in order and is necessary for clans.

If Demoniknights continues to support Adm10012 in his methods and actions, that entire clan should be held accountable for the fowl reputation it makes for itself to recruit from us and even for them to insult us aiming to start conflict with us by our own members.
