Right in my backyard...
This is an interesting story that's all over the news right now (since to me, it is local). My mommy and daddy wuv me, so no problems here!
Statistics show that if a missing person isn't found within 2 hours, the hope of rescue decreases drastically.

Wow.. What a waste of 10 years.
Wonder if she'll ever be able to get her life back on track.
Wonder if she'll ever be able to get her life back on track.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

Sad that it happened, but at least she is reuinited with her parents. Freaking pathetic that this security guard chose to take advantage of that girl. Makes me sick to think about what happened in his perverted mind.

Firstly, I know mind games are possible.
Secondly, with that said, she could of told someone before that. I know she was scared, but still, she could of.
Thirdly, yay she's home, dance!

Sadder yet...
"Coulda woulda shoulda."
OF course, she COULD have, and she knowingly had plenty of opportunities to escape, adding the WOULD, and as we all know, she SHOULD have.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained. She didn't venture, gained nothing.

It's amazing how strong influences can affect people. Ten years is a very long time though, she has to start her life over and she's already an adult.

"Fifteen hundred years ago everybody knew the Earth was the center of the universe. Five hundred years ago, everybody knew the Earth was flat, and fifteen minutes ago, you knew that humans were alone on this planet. Imagine what you'll know tomorrow."
