Not sure what you mean. When it comes to members being made moderators, there are many more that are capable of being mods than we can physically have as mods. The position should not be taken as recognition because it can't physically be used as such. We also don't have a strong need for more at the moment, our response time is really quick with the exception of a few rare circumstances. That will change as either activity increases or the mods' activity decreases, but it's fairly balanced at the moment.
A few have also brought up the inactive moderators, and something will be done about that when another mod update is necessary. They don't hurt us by being inactive, and for damage control it's best to handle that sort of thing when in the process of introducing new mods. That will at least be the case for the next update along these lines.
