Is this ' Shortcut ' ligit ? in the mining guild at lvl 59

Hi:

A guy showed up in the mining guild and announced

" I am only lvl 59 "

I asked if he had drunk a Dwarven Stout.

He answered ... Yes

So ... is that a designed shortcut ... or a glitch ???????

I did that for aaaages, while i was mining =)

Yeah, that kind of thing is very widespread, and it's certainly not a glitch.
