Okay, just putting it out there. When a topic is resolved, it does not neccessarily mean it needs to be closed. We've been getting a lot of this, and I thought I might just tell you.

I mean, the 2 seconds it takes you to type it must save you something in the long run, right?

For things to be technically legal, you must list the source for each post, forum title, description, and icon. One post saying that you're sorry about how you copied CurvedSpace/SeeD Forums is not enough. Now I know that I'm being picky, but that is the legal way to do it. But, there is an easier way that would appease most of us that are angry. Simply change the forum titles, descriptions, and icons; you will be cleared of your worries. I suggest that you follow this course of action.

I sense an extreme hate from you; as you clearly read, I didn't copy everything, it was Icarus.

As for the plagerism, I've posted an announcement that says that everything belongs to you. We don't want the site closed, and we don't want angry SeeDs, please check the site and explain anything else that will be needed to have credit.

When you say "Icons," what exactly do you mean? The ranking icons? (hope not, cause those are cool ).

I think that's what they mean, yeah. Wouldn't take too much effort to make some of your own though, they're not upset about the concept of having them, just that you're using the ones that Cspace made. You could even pick your own colours for them and make them a little more impressive while you're at it.

You guys should really think about what you did, stealing the ideas of another entity or source and using them as your own is flat out plagiarism. If this were a legal matter, the site you created could be shut down and the owners could be sued for the plagiarism. Even going as far as to ban someone for giving out warnings shouldn't have happened in the first place. It's a little too late to try and aplogize for what you did. A simple apology wont change the fact of what happened. Next time you create a site, Absolutely make sure that you dont plagiarize. Well that's all I have to say.
