**LotR Re-Enactment Prep

I am now looking for people to sign up to take part as cast and crew of this RuneScape project. We begin with a re-enactment of the Fellowship of the Ring. Let me first say that it will not be easy, so if you expect to sit back and barely do anything, or not listen to directions, then don't sign-up. I've already put time into this and don't want it to go down the hole because the cast or crew won't cooperate.

All right, here's what you can sign up for: actor/actress, crew member, or both. Simple. Don't reply right away after reading that, you guys need to see what you'll be doing before signing up. So read the below..

Acting

You guys will not be starting right away. We are still in the development stage, so don't start getting ready until I give you the heads up. I can tell you what you can expect yourself to be doing as an actor/actress in this re-enactment.

No actor/actress will be assigned to a specific role. When I'm shooting a scene, the available actors play what roles are needed in that scene. I will try to schedule each scene so that everyone can prepare their character for it.

-Nine Mortal Men (future Ring-wraiths)
-Sauron
-Frodo Baggins
-Gandalf the Grey
-Bilbo Baggins
-Partying Hobbits

-Saruman the White
-Strider/Aragorn
-Ring-wraiths (yes ech, the one who stabs Frodo is the witch king..)
-Arwen Evenstar
-Elrond
-Boromir
-Legolas Greenleaf
-Council Elves and Men
-Isildur
-Moria goblins (possibly)
-Haldir
-Lothlorien Elves
-Lord Celeborn
-Lady Galadriel
-Uruk-hai

What will you guys actually have to do? Well, you'll need to provide yourself with the costumes (possibly ask other cast members, since I myself can't provide them), and the makeup/appearance changes to your RS character. I don't want any refusing to that, it's very frustrating for me since it's needed for the role and you can change yourself right back.

For the actually "filming" (saying that or "shooting" just for a quick phrase), I will take screenshots with a screenshot Program, then later edit them and put them together (still making decisions on that area so I'll leave it for now). You as an actor/actress (all those ./actresses take a while so you girls sign up! ) will simple say your lines, and it should be quite easy since this is taken by screenshots, not be recorded on camera. I will try to put in choreographing into the script so that you have an idea of what you'll be doing, and I'll of course guide you through.

It really isn't complicated at all for the acting, it's just wearing the costumes, saying the lines, and winning the oscars.

The Crew

Now is the time where I'll need some crew members to help me out, because as I mentioned in the acting section, I am currently in the development stage. I'll tell you that I've edited the theatrical transcript for the Fellowship of the Rings, by which I took out sequences and dialogue we will not do ourselves. For the next part of the script I need to add in our own things, but we need to complete other tasks first.

I need help designing costumes for all of the roles listed above, I'm sure some experienced RS players in SeeD would be much better at that job than myself. Easy items to obtain would be best, but listing all possible items that could work for a costume is what's ideal.

I also need help searching for areas to shoot each scene in. I'm sure almost everyone here has seen the movies, so the areas we need should all set for you. I do still have the problem of shooting in members' areas though (since I'm not a member of RS myself), so do your best to find areas in the F2P-only section of RuneScape. Again listing more than one site for each shot is ideal so that we can pick the best.

Members of the crew can also send any ideas to me through PMs on the forums, but please put thought into them so that they're actually worth something and could contribute to whichever area you're aiming at.

I can be cast and I guess I can supply some outfits if need be.

For cast the acting thing can i be legolas? I have 72 ranging and can repair my crystal bow and get rangers and robins if need be so I think that would be his outfit, as for like gandalf I think Ahirims top and bottom with slayer or ahirims staff and farseers helm I think for worriers they should wear steel and maybe like the leaders (aragorn kings and such) wear trimmed run and ring wreaths wear black and as the 9 kings black (g) trimmed but those are opinions Ill make a list of a bunch of different suggestions for the armors for you list of cast.

As for recording theres actuall screen recorders so you can make videos of it, ill look into it for you.

Thanks for the ideas Stealth, definitely very helpful. I really don't know much of the possible costumes we could have, so members of RS are definitely a big help when it comes to that. The screen recording sounds pretty cool, maybe that'll work out.

-Nine Mortal Men - Zammy Robes, Red was kings color more or less
-Sauron - We need some borrows armour any kind but ahirims
-Frodo Baggins - Full Mith and a hat
-Gandalf the Grey - Ahirims top and bottom, slayer or ahirims staff, farseers helm
-Bilbo Baggins - Same robes as Frodo Different hat
-Partying Hobbits - Same as frodo, different hat color
-Meriadoc Brandybuck - same as frodo Different hat
-Peregrin Took - same as frodo Different hat
-Saruman the White - Farseers Helm, Slayer Staff, Desert Top and bottom
-Strider/Aragorn - Rune (g) Trimmed
-Ring-wraiths - ghostly Robes

I can Provide all bows, all armor under rune, all D-hide and any weapons we may need. I can't provide the Barrows armor for Sauron, the rangers and robins for Legolas, or any of the (t) or (g) armor.

As For Ring wraiths We need 9 people with ghostly robes, so if we can get 8 other people with 53 thieving and 60+ magic I can lead them through The part of desert treasure required to do curse of zaros and I can lead them through the curse of zaros, I have done it myself and remember it step by step because it was HARD to figure out.
