Final Fantasy 7 remake on the PS3?

Or was that part of Advent Children? I never saw it.

Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".

That was a graphics demo for the ps3. There's no word that they will remake FF7 for PS3, but I really hope they do.

Yeh, Squre hasn't officially confirmed that Final Fantasy VII will be on the PlayStation 3. I would love to see a remake on the PS3 but to be honest, it is extremely unlikely. Square has said that they have many other projects before that: Remaking old games for the GBA and DS, Advent Children, Final Fantasy XI on the Xbox 360, Final Fantasy XII, etc.

It just isn't on their agenda at the moment... but don't give your hopes up; if they have remade about 5 previous Final Fantasy games for the GBA and DS than it is definitely a possibility that they will remake Final Fantasy VII for the PS3. FF7 is actually one of my favorite games.
