Now I'm not much of a Final Fantasy fan, so I don't know any terminology, but bear with me. The names for the different groupings are totally up for change, as there are simple ones. Ones from FF would be better I suppose. I also know that this might be a little pointless, because SeeD has not gone to war for some time, and probably won't for some time to come.

New Ranks:

Special Forces Commander: Assigned about 20 SeeDs with high Combat, ranged, and magic levels. Elite Generals would ask him to do any of the following. Raid an enemy unit. Spy on an enemy unit(short-term, just seeing what they are doing, not infiltration.) Eliminate any enemy commander or high leveled player(Assassination)

Chief of Intelligence: Assigned about 10-20 SeeDs of all levels and skills, who are trained to infiltrate other clans. Less serious than Gunblade, they would simply report on what the other clan is doing. Not meant to be used to dispel conflict like Gunblade is, they would be assigned to various clans, not just enemies or suspected enemies, and tell Cspace and those higher-up in the clan what other clans are thinking.

Division: Commanded by an Elite General. Consists of 3 Battle Regiments, 1 Fire Support Regiment, and 1 Supply Regiment. Would also have a small force of about Battalion size assigned to recon(go ahead of the main body and watch out for an ambush, and the like). Would also have a banker character, whose password would be known to the Divsion Commander and Regimental Commanders. Supplies from the Supply Regiment would be stored on each Division's banker for later use.

Regiment: Commanded by a General. Consists of 4 Battalions.

Battle Regiment: 2 Warrior Battalions, 1 Mage Battalion, and 1 Archer Battalion.

Fire Support Regiment: 2 Mage Battalions and 2 Archer Battalions.

Supply Regiment: 2 Supply Battalions, 2 Transport Battalions.

Battalion: Commanded by a Commander. Consists of 5 SeeDs who all have a specific job. I.E. Warriors, Mages, Archers, Etc.

Warrior Battalion: SeeDs accustomed to close combat. Needs decent combat level. (35 or above)

Mage Battalion: SeeDs with high magic levels. Within a Regiment, SeeDs would apply to be a Mage. The top 5, in a Battle Regiment, or top 10 in a Fire Support Regiment, would become Mages.

Archer Battalion: SeeDs with high ranged levels. Same selection process as Mages.

Supply Battalion: SeeDs who either do not have high enough combat levels to fight, or those who do not wish to fight. Procures supplies(I.E. armor, weapons, food, arrows, runes, etc.) for the use of their Division.

Transport Battalion: Same as Supply Battalion, except that during a battle, they would be transporting supplies to the front.

This would lead to an increase in the amounts of Commanders and Generals, obviously. Tell me what you think, and give me suggestions or remind me if I left something out.

your special forces commander and chief of intelligence (cspace, and a few certain others), well your looking at him *points to me*

your comamanders are your little armies, and they lead their group into war, upon a higher rank giving them permission.

i also believe Seed is operating just fine as we speak, but i like your ideas grnwink.gif

Yeah I'm not saying that the garden system doesn't work, I'm just offering an alternative. I'm confused now... eek7.gif No offense, but I was under the impression that you were in charge of Special Ops, and Special Ops is designed to stop rule-breakers, not spy on other clans... A little help here please? *blows a circuit trying to understand it all*

As Cspace said at the meeting, Special Ops stops rulebreakers and hackers on the forums and Runescape, abd Gunblade takes care of threats from clans and preventing war with enemy clans.

About the Garden system... I was talking with a good non-SeeD friend of mine, and he, as many others have said, just doesn't like it. For one thing, even though it is from FF, it still sounds kinda lame... A lot of my friends who I've tried to recruit have said this. Its also too general. One level of organization is too big for a clan with 500+ members. Think about it. For the leaders and "normal" people to be able to communicate well, each Garden leader would need to use about 20 of his 60 slots on his friends list, just for the SeeDs under his command! Not to mention the Generals and Elite Generals. Look at my organization. Each soldier would only need to have those in his Battalion on his friends list. Each Commander would only need to have those in his Battalion, the other Battalion Commanders in his Regiment, and his Regiment's leader. Each General would only need his Battalion Commanders, the other Regimental Commanders, and his Divisional Commander on his list. And the Elite Generals would only need to have their Regimental Commanders, the other Divisional Commanders, Cspace, and Baseballl on their list. Basically, you would only need your immediate superior, those directly below you, and those of equal standing on your list. The most people you would have would be about 10 or 11, for the Elite Generals. Now the Garden system works ok for now, but I think it will fail soon. Post you thoughts, or tell me if I'm a moron grnwink.gif.
