I'm thinking about holding a competition in Guild Wars (P) sometime. Right now, I'm just wondering if people will be interested in this. Basically, the competition is just a running race. This will be a very very very long run, possibly from the Ruins of Surmia all the way to Sanctum Cay. I'm going to make the runs myself in advance and weigh the difficulty of the run. The person who zones is the person who wins the points for that run. Anyone still alive when the winner zones (including the winner) gets 1 point for living. bluetongue.gif For example, the first run will be from the Ruins of Surmia to the Eastern Frontier. This is not exactly a difficult run, so it will only be worth 1 point. A harder run, for example, would be from the Gates of Kryta to Lion's Arch. It won't be too hard, but will probably be worth a lot more points, like 7 or 8. In then end, we tally up all the points. Who ever has the most number of points wins.

If anyone wants to do this, please post. Also, if you have any ideas, feel free to input. Note that if there is enough interest, I'll have to move the start from Surmia to Yaks, due to party-size limitations. There will be prizes!

Sounds like a good idea. I can usually run from Ascalon City to Sanctum Cay in 40 minutes or so? And that's with all the popular sightseeing spots. So you may want everyone to be able to commit that much time, for those that have not made the trip. TheSmile.gif
