
I made this post to just help both of those groups of people. Even if you dont whant to loose alote of pounds I am sure lots of you whant to get stronger. The people who have all the good tips and Knowledge about loosing weight can help us overweight people alote

My goal alonge with lots of other peoples is to loose some weight by summer (25 days). Also after that I will still ty to loose more.
