Rap and hip hop should not even be considered music. It is simply some stoned guy singing talking quickly about how he shoots cops, does drugs, rapes women, treats women like property, steal, being in gangs, being a "pimp", etc.

there's actually some hip-hop/rap songs that discuss real topics, but they're cast to the side in favor of "shake ya tail feather" and trash of that sort. but i won't deny that sometimes even the trashy hip-hop is good to listen to... sometimes.

You should watch what you say. Rap like any genre of music has it's roots also. Even though you do not like it, hip hop still exists.
