Im level 45 and im going f2p pking for the first time ever tonight or tommorow. I have some questions.

1.how will I survive against a mage?
2.Ditto with a ranger
3.Ditto with a meeler(im melle too)
4.What level should I stay in?
5.What food should I bring?

Unless your going with a team, I'd stay in the wild right above varrok. There are a lot of people there at pretty much all times and a lot of them are in that combat range.

If you want to survive agains a mage then take off your armor, if you can replace it with dragon hide. Get up close to him and kill him as fast as possible because they can do a lot of damage.

If you want to survive against a ranger then its best to have your normal armor on, also mages and rangers will probably try to run behind something if they're smart so be ready to chase them.

If you want to survive against a melee person, well, wear your normal armor and fight like you do when you train

What food should you bring? The best you can get your hands on =p

Ye also u can wear robes against mages.

I think the robes would be a waist of inventory space, the amount of defense they give you is so small... I'd rather carry more food with me than mage robes.

u can get food easily.dont buy them its just a waste of $.i suggest u get some lobbys or swordies. or if u wanna save inventory space make pizzas or pies or cakes.

Actually neils I brought cakes and a couple of lobbies asadorn lent me and it worked preety good.

erm neils ur hitpoints is higher so it effects verry small amount.but for others it effects pretty good.as for me i only take lobbys nd mostly swordies.

I personally think that pizzas are only good if you are out of food and dont want to stop pking, so you go to the bandits camp and make them there... Otherwise plan in advanced and get better food like lobs or swordies
