I only asked cuz, i'm a low lvl. lvl 23 on my main ( if you can call it one) and 15 on my pker. I'll do it, but isn't seeking out people and killing them against the rules or something? i mean, if they didn't do anything like scamming. Or is this just like pking. Anyway, i'll do it if it's allowed, and in my lvl range.
