If WE are to have successful events we must plan within a one to two week ahead of time.

WE all must atleast "TRY" to make a effort in coming to the events.

I'll need opinions how we can successfully set up these programs.

K nice u like rune stuff, but the topic still stands. We need to communicate with each other and find out who will be coming to events. Make a list. Also u can find out who the helpers are. If u need to some help im always willing to just ask. Also we need to set a time the is suitable for every 1 to come. Because ppl do get mad wen the want to come to a event but its on a different time zone. This is why communication is important. Also ppl have to consider that if there is a event set and they cant come try to talk to the event organizer if they can make its a reasonable time. At least give them credit for there hard work.
