QUOTE(dokimos0rg @ Jun 10 2006, 08:29 PM) {lang:macro__view_post}

I agree with Cspace wholeheartedly in what he said.

United Freedom Fighters has been founded as a resistance to restrictive clanning by levels and resisting imposing lordship in clans by their rules on others. This is how we started, what we do now, and will continue to do.

I do not apologize for saying that ...
"Clans that restrict their membership by levels are clubs where only the gay players are invited."
I emphasize it!

Sorry if some don't like this, but honestly, if someone said, "Clans that don't have high-levels only are gay" to accuse those like us in UFF wouldn't find such awful offense from us as much. Reason why is that we have gotten so used to being cut down so much we have been drowned into silence. Well, it has been a long time and it is time we speak up against all the bashing we've been taking.

What has happened here is another attempt to quench to silence the vision, purpose and values of the United Freedom Fighters for the freedom of Runescape. Under no circumstances whatsoever will we be silenced.

We are fed up with the snobbery of the so-called elitist clans.

It could be said that anyone who boasts of exclusive clanning amongst UFF in effect says,"I'm a member of an exclusive club where only the gay players like me are invited? I think I'm cool! Be like me!"

I apologize that this seemed to some like I was calling Nate gay, but in fact, I didn't call him gay by posting this. I call restrictive clans as a whole as clubs where only the gay players are invited. There is no specific naming of players or even specific clans about that.

I have been slandered and my words have been purposely twisted and misinterpreted to be used as a weapon against the UFF Movement.

Freedom is under fire. Who will stand for responsible freedom of speech?

Thank you for your most speedy intervention, Cspace.

As for my critics and the critics of the UFF Movement, you might as well give it up, for you cannot stop us. UFFs words for Runescape freedom will not be limited to this forum in SeeD. We are now opening to post elsewhere.

If my attitude and the attitudes of other UFFs aren't liked, then our critics should take a good look in the mirror at their own attitudes and how they have been actively cutting down others outside their snuffy clubs. The posts here against UFF are just a small sample of what we face because we stand for open clanning.

We are angry and outraged for the abuse that we have been getting, each as we have received from the alleged Runescape elite. We will not be quiet nor inactive about this.

We are United Freedom Fighters and members of SeeD. We are the new Runescape revolution!

Dok, you say that people are twisting your words and that your clan is tired of being drowned in silence. We're not here to provoke you, Nate is a very outspoken person and I will stand a fellow Seed any day. No matter what Garden or Faction your in, Seed is a community that works together. Instead of shifting the blame towards someone else, you should step up and take responsibility for your part. Whether it is Nate, you or someone else, we each have a part in this. I understand that that you are tired of being insulted, but it does not give you the right to flame another member. We are all apart of the same community and should work together to make things better, rather than fighting like cats and dogs to prove whoever is right.

I agreed with Nate as much as I could then he returns back with a direct statement to flame me saying, "dokimos, I think you are gay". No is not merely outspoken but being abusive.

I was not flaming GOH but I had serious doubts that such behavior as he had exihibited reflected the values of GOH, which I thought would have some honor. It is to my disappointment that I was wrong about GOH being respectable.

I do not care how influential GOH is supposed to be. I was not aiming to bash GOH. What Nate did was to humiliate GOH here in this forum, in my opinion. That was his doing for seeking hostility, not our doing nor my doing.

Nate would do best not to seek to cause strife. GOH members would do well also not to support such. Apparently GOH is being arrogant about their high-influence as it has been esteemed. This is corruptive behavior on their part.

I am not an elitist. UFF does not shut out others based on level requirements. We simply recognize who act like UFFs and who don't. We don't cut down other clans by specific name unless they do so with us.

* * *
* * *

Cspace, we UFFs joined in with SeeD for the very reason to find something in common with other Runescape clans. Neils91 speaks well about UFF values here. We believe in unity in UFF. We do so, though, with the emphatic purpose for Runescape Freedom. We establish our values, not deny them.

As UFF has been standing emphaticly for free clanning, not impressed by restricitive clanning or rules imposed on the wilderness, it had left us somewhat isolated.

Before we were unknown, disrespected, and consider a bunch of noobs for having many lower levels.

Now that UFF has some more higher level players we remain isolated because of our Runescape politics where we remain in stance of treating all levels as equal players.

What my words have done was to address the longstanding issue of disrespect toward the lower-level players in Runescape. This is what United Freedom Fighters stands for, the true defense of the lower level so-called "noobs" which the elite PKers cast out and the elitist Anti-Pkers do not truly defend.

So what does it take to get some respect around here, huh? Respect wasn't coming very easily. Our words have been cut down by both PKers and Anti-PKers. This is more so due to my lovely speeches of which I expected a negative response. Now UFF poses to spread its Runescape political ideology throughout the clans of Runescape.

So, it comes to this, we want equal respect as a Runescape movement, right with to the high-level PKers and the Anti-PKers. Our message of Runescape freedom should not be ridiculed and so easily dismissed.

* * *

If we get this kind of respect, we can, of course, respect that other Runescape players are of course free to choose their own politics, as we do respect that. We can also respect that other clans have political stances that we can be at peace to disagree with, but yet respect players well enough.

If we don't get fair respect, then we will answer accordingly and emphasize in rhetoric where our Runescape polity firmly stands, thus exposing the evils of the overlording other clans.

* * *

It is the matter of disrespect that overlording clans demonstrate that makes the issue. They cut down others as "noobs" just over level and not over a matter of conduct. If they do that, we answer that they are exclusive clubs where only the gay players are invited.

It is all up to how UFFs are going to be treated. If we are cut down, we can and will respond, loudly and publicly. If an issue is made against free clanning to disrespect us as noobs then we will raise the issue against restrictive clanning. If we are respected, then we can show respect in return even if we don't agree on clanning polity.

SeeD Clan functions as a sort of United Federation of Planets in Star Trek as it is a Confederation of clans. UFF is most glad to join in this confederation in SeeD but we do not do so as fodder to be recruited from from other elitist clans, nor to have ideologies which we have rejected crammed against us. We are for freedom of speech and communication of ideas. But clamping down on the UFF Movement is rank out, which will spur on a retaliation.

We only expect equal respect. As for our goals of the universal outreach of our movement in Runescape, this will be up to the Runescape players themselves. We at UFF are just providing the way and means for this path of freedom for which we fight.

* * *

UFFs are willing to integrate with the rest of SeeD. We do so. We are active in SeeD. We are one with SeeD. For many of us SeeD is our foremost clan, not having a second clan. We often esteem our loyalty to SeeD greater than that of others. However, it is not right though for others to expect us to abandon our values and cause because we have not joined in some other clan that has rules to place on us.

Just because many of us may still be of lower-levels that does not mean UFF is just some good "training" clan to be harvested by clans with high level requirements when players in UFF get to high levels.

UFF has no problem to integrate well within SeeD. But we do have a problem to be recruited by external clans with level requirements. Players are free to do what they want. If other clans want to recruit us into their clans of exclusion, though, to push their rules on us, we will answer back to them our objections.

Thank you, Cspace.

Be free and be yourselves.

Seriously dont get why nate still bothers, your an ignorant "gay"lord, hi i used your nonabusive term.

ill type in caps and you might get this, try it isnt hard.

NO {expletive ninja'd by Cspace}ING CLAN KEEPS PEOPLE OUT BECAUSE THEY MIGHT BE A NOOB

THEY HAVE RESTRICTIONS AS A LEVEL 100+ IS GENERALLY OF MORE USE IN THE WILD THAN A LEVEL 50 WHO THINKS HES THE {expletive hax0rd by Cspace} BECAUSE HE CAN COOK A LOBSTER

STOP WITH ALL THE BULL{expletive hax0rd by Cspace} ABOUT HOW WE MAKE FUN OF LOWER LEVELS AND RIDICULE THE UFF AND NOONE GIVES UFF A CHANCE AND HOW YOU'LL TAKE OVER THE RUNESCAPE WORLD WITH YOUR PATHETIC GROUP OF TEN YEAR OLDS

Clans just find a 100+ of more help, if you dont like this, then act your {expletive ninja'd by Cspace}ing age and deal with it, you dont have to post all this {expletive hax0rd by Cspace} on how the lower levels actually care and are distraught, and how a high level bullys him, if anything the only people i know who bully each other based on level is the damn uff itself. Every time someone posts about what elvel they beat or killed some other idiot posts OMG IM LEVEL 80 I {expletive ninja'd by Cspace}ING OWN YOU or OMG I HIT A 12 IM {expletive ninja'd by Cspace}IN GOD@@@@@@

Please find me a clan with an overlord ruler who has no remorse or doesnt care about his members and acts as a slavemaster and ridicules lower levels daily?

UFF is a worthless clan filled with imature little 10 year olds just like Ech said, plus if D0k if you think your clan is going to be "stronger' by allowing any level in...I think not. This clan is crouded with people who can't even afford myth and are level 30's 40's and 50's. I don't get way you keep on posting things like UFF will bring peace in Runescape, how the hell do you expect to do that when a level 100+ does not want to be with a level 50?
