Well, you could take some lobsters or swordfish and train on lesser demons in the Karamja volcano, or there are two or three of them on Crandor. There are also three or four Moss Giants on Crandor that are good for experience. I think those two would be your best bets. Or, you could always head to the wilderness and train on other players. A bit more risky, but also better stuff if you kill them.

i think the best place to train in free world would be edgevill dungeon on hill giants and hobgoblins they might be lower lvls and have bad drops but you dont use as much food and still you will get good xp either that or moss giants in varrok sewer but it all depends on lvl....

Yeah, those are good too, but there are usually a lot of people there. Not so many at hobgoblins though and you can always sell the limpwurt roots you get for a bit of gold. Another good place is the blurite cave on ice warriors and ice giants. Terrible drops but still pretty good.
