Just so it is known, this is not the entire update that was planned. There are new classes coming, as well as the conclusion of the "Dawn of Chaos" transition. I thought that since everything was set up for the war system though, we may as well launch it.

So this is the bulk of what people have been waiting for.

Check the "Conflicts" page in the second DarkStorm block to see what's going on. Every character can enlist in multiple wars if they wish (only one side per war), and will then be getting into organized PvP with substantial rewards. This also includes the Galactic Conflict, which every character can join. Yes, it is possible for ANY character to fly starships now.

Also, dark classes and light classes are no longer at odds based on class. Dark characters can fight for light, just as light classes can fight for darkness. Just join the applicable side and you're set.

Anyway, most of the stuff has been backed up in the story already. There are some obvious holes, but they'll be filled in when I complete the last part in the "Dawn of Chaos" threads.

I also broke the rules up into their own block on the left. Hopefully it'll be easier to understand things now, and I also added a page for the stuff you really need to know to get started (the "Starting Out" page). There is a lot of stuff, but most is common sense. Just read the "Starting Out" page if you're new, that's all you really need to know to get going. It's actually really simple, you just have to glance through the stuff.
