Group Photo! and party

I was thinking it'd be quite fun if we tried to all get together at the same time for a big group photo, as part of the Garden Festival. We could get some screenies hanging out, doing different actions (mass danceoff or SeeD band, maybe?), and perhaps invite alliance members along to try to get to know them a bit better. And of course once that was over if people were interested we could try some PvP, or help people with missions, or go spam up an outpost or whatever people were in the mood for.

Timing could be quite hard to work out, as I know for a fact that we have players in a bunch of different time zones. From my experience, we tend to have the best luck if we try for late afternoon in America, probably about 5pm EST. By my calculations (feel free to check, though

) that would make it 10pm over in England, 9am in Australia and 11am in New Zealand. Perhaps if we tried doing it saturday night for the US and UK, making it sunday morning for us future-people. That's not very far away, mostly because I've been forgetful about posting this until now. Still, if you can give some feedback about whether you like the idea, whether the time does or doesn't suit you, etc. then that'd be great, I think we need to try to get some events going if DoA is going to expand significantly.

I'm gone from Wednesday onwards, as are most of the Australians, so it can't really be any later than tuesday unless you guys want to do it yourselves.

No clue if enough people will have seen this by tomorrow, so I guess we'll play it by ear whether we have to delay it a bit. Like I said, I'm away for a week from Wednesday, and so will be a few of the others.

I hate to break it to you all, but this event was today, meaning it was almost 3 hours ago

Again, not a great turnout, but it we did attempt Thunderhead Keep....Only to find out a few members of our team didn't have infused armour!
